Devendra Kumar Singh, born on 20 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Kerala cadre batch. He holds a Graduate degree in Geology, an M.Phil., and a P.G. degree in Applied Geology, and was awarded a University Gold Medal. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Additional Secretary & Development Commissioner, ACS Secretary, Principal Secretary, Chairman, Joint Secretary, and District Collector, among others. His most recent position was Secretary at the Department of Home Affairs, New Delhi, from 2 May 2022 to 30 June 2023.
