Devendra Kumar Pandey, born on January 6, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as the Special Secretary at the A.P.C. Branch, Government of Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since October 28, 2021. Prior to this, he also served as Special Secretary. Mr. Pandey continues to contribute to the administration within the Uttar Pradesh government.
