Devendra Kumar, born on 28 February 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the District Collector and District Magistrate of Nagaur since 1 April 2026. His previous roles include Collector & District Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Officer/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Assistant Secretary, and IAS Probationer. Devendra Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
