Devendra Bhushan Gupta, born on September 11, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.A. Honors in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Economics, and an MBA in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Secretary to the Government, Chairman & Managing Director, Administrator, Principal Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Additional Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Chairman at Rajasthan’s Urban Development Department, commencing on November 13, 2018.
