Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary at Gujarat from December 2011 to July 2013, Registrar General, Commissioner (Sales Tax), Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Municipal Commissioner. His service was primarily within the Law and Justice Department. Sikri's extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership and executive roles across state government departments.
