Devender Kumar Sikri, born on 13 July 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1975 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics and a graduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary at Gujarat from December 2011 to July 2013, Registrar General, Commissioner (Sales Tax), Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Municipal Commissioner. His service was primarily within the Law and Justice Department. Sikri's extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership and executive roles across state government departments.
