Devayani, born on 18 December 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Currently, she is the Chief Development Officer at Bareilly, a position she has held since 15 May 2025. Devayani continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh.
