Devarapalli Kishore Rao, born on 16 June 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Gujarat cadre batch. He holds a B.A. and P.G. degree in Telugu. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Member Secretary, Director General, Managing Director, Chief Editor, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Chairman, District Collector, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Secretary at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 23 February 2015 to 30 June 2015. He was associated with the Climate Change Department during his service.
