Dev Vardhan, born on 18 July 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his career, he served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Under Secretary, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His service in the IAS reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Bihar cadre.
