Deore Nilesh Ramchandra, born on 13 December 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Bihar cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Civil Aviation Department, Bihar, a position he has held since 11 December 2025. His previous roles include Managing Director, Personal Secretary to Minister, District Collector and District Magistrate, Municipal Commissioner, and Sub Divisional Magistrate. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
