Deore Nilesh Ramchandra, born on 13 December 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Bihar cadre. Currently serving as Special Secretary in the Civil Aviation Department, Bihar since 11 December 2025, he holds an M.B.B.S. from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi. His previous roles include Managing Director, Personal Secretary to Minister, District Collector and District Magistrate, Municipal Commissioner, and Sub Divisional Magistrate. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
