Deoranjan Kumar Singh, born on January 2, 1968, is a 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently, he serves as the Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary & Secretary in the Planning and Convergence Department of Odisha since January 2, 2026. Previously, he held the position of Additional Chief Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
