Deo Sharan Singh Yadav, born on 12 October 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Additional Managing Director, Special Secretary Director, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Commissioner Director from 19 May 2003 to 31 October 2005. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations before retirement.
