Deepak Kumar Mishra, born on March 4, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he is the Joint Secretary at Bihar in the Chief Minister Secretariat, a position he has held since January 12, 2026. Prior to this role, he served as a Municipal Commissioner. Deepak Kumar Mishra continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
