Deepak Kumar Mishra, born on March 4, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary at Bihar in the Chief Minister Secretariat, a position he has held since January 12, 2026. Prior to this, he was the Municipal Commissioner. Deepak Kumar Mishra is actively serving in the IAS and contributes to the administration of Bihar.
