Deepak Agarwal, born on 10 October 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2000 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He currently serves as Managing Director at the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED) in New Delhi. He holds a graduate degree in Zoology and two M.Sc. degrees in Public Management & Governance and Public Management & Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. His past roles include Joint Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, Secretary & CEO, Chief Executive Officer, Additional Chief Executive Officer, District Collector and District Magistrate, Officer on Special Duty & Special Secretary, and PS to Minister. He received the Governor’s Award for work with specially-abled people. He is proficient in English and Hindi
