Deepa Ranjan, born on 22 February 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. in Geography from LNMU Darbhanga. Currently, she serves as the Mission Director at the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission (UPSRLM) in Lucknow, a position she has held since 29 September 2023. Previously, she worked as an Assistant Secretary. Deepa is proficient in Hindi and continues to contribute to public administration in her cadre.
