Deben Kumar Pradhan, born on 20 September 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Odisha cadre. He is currently serving as the Managing Director at Odisha State Beverages Corporation Limited since 22 July 2025. Prior to this role, he held the position of Additional Secretary to the Government. Mr. Pradhan continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Odisha through his service in various capacities within the state government.
