Debasweta Banik, born on 16 November 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. in Economics Honours from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as Private Secretary in the President Secretariat since 1 October 2024. Her previous roles include Deputy Secretary, District Magistrate, Managing Director, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Assistant Secretary. Fluent in Bengali, English, and Hindi, Debasweta Banik continues to contribute to public administration in her ongoing service.
