Debashis Bandyopadhyay, born on April 23, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, holding the position of Secretary from January 1, 2013, to April 30, 2014. Prior to this, he was appointed as Joint Secretary. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
