Debarati Datta Gupta, born on January 28, 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, West Bengal cadre. She is currently serving as the Senior Special Secretary in the Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department, a position she has held since January 1, 2024. Throughout her career in the IAS, she has been actively engaged in administrative roles within her cadre. Debarati Datta Gupta continues to contribute to public administration in West Bengal.
