Debal Kumar Ghosh, born on October 1, 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Health and Family Welfare Department and held the position of Senior Special Secretary from January 1, 2024. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
