Deba Prasad Misra, born on February 3, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a BSc and an MBA. Currently, he serves as the District Commissioner at Hojai since March 13, 2026. Previously, he held the position of Secretary to the Government of Assam. Mr. Misra continues to contribute to public administration in his current role.
