Daya Ram, born on January 1, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English and a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Director, Additional Secretary, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary at Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited from September 16, 2006, to December 31, 2008.
