Davy Goyal, born on October 3, 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Punjab cadre. He holds a B.COM. (Hons) degree. Currently, he serves as the Additional Deputy Commissioner at Sri Muktsar Sahib, a position he has held since February 23, 2026. Prior to this, he worked as a Sub Divisional Magistrate. He is actively serving in the General department.
