David Lalthantluanga, born on June 21, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. Currently, he holds the position of Special Secretary in the Department of School Education, Government of Mizoram, since July 27, 2023. Throughout his career, he has also served as Deputy Commissioner and Secretary. He continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
