David Lalthantluanga, born on 21 June 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. Currently, he holds the position of Special Secretary in the Department of School Education, Government of Mizoram, a role he assumed on 27 July 2023. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities, including Deputy Commissioner and Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
