Davendra Kumar Dhodawat, born on February 2, 1967, is a 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Kerala cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree and is currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary at Kerala Raj Bhavan since April 30, 2023. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary to the Governor, Secretary, Director, Private Secretary, District Collector, Executive Director, Under Secretary, General Manager, Additional Director, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
