Davarakonda Ramakrishna, born on 15 January 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Chemistry. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Commissioner, Managing Director, Director, Joint Executive Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, and other administrative roles. His most recent position was Commissioner in the Land Administration department from 16 May 2006 to 31 January 2007. Throughout his service, he contributed to multiple levels of governance before retiring from the IAS.
