Darshan H V, born on 15 March 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Indian Industry Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner of Dakshina Kannada District, Mangaluru, Karnataka, a position he assumed on 18 June 2025. His previous roles include Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, Assistant Secretary, and Director. Darshan H V continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Karnataka.
