Darpan Jain, an IAS officer of the 2001 batch from the Karnataka cadre, holds a B.E. from Delhi University, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and an M.Tech. from IIT Delhi. He currently serves as Joint Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Darpan Jain was born on 30/08/1977.
