Darban Singh Garbiyal, born on February 2, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. During his career, he served as District Magistrate starting December 30, 2010, and held the position of Under Secretary. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. His tenure in various administrative roles reflects his service within the Indian Administrative Service until retirement.
