Danish Ashraf, born on 21 February 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.A. Honours in History from Patna College and an M.A. in History from Delhi Hans Raj College. Currently, he is the Joint Development Commissioner (Director level) at the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, New Delhi, since 19 September 2025. His previous roles include Special Secretary to Government, Director, Deputy Commissioner, and Member. He received the National Award for e-Governance in 2020-2021. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
