Daniel Trevelyn Joseph, born on 21 December 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1968 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate and postgraduate degree in English Literature. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary (PG & Coordination), Director General, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, District Collector, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Joint Secretary, Municipal Commissioner, and Assistant Collector. His most recent designation was Secretary at Maharashtra in the Department of Shipping and Waterways. Mr. Joseph’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles across state government departments.
