Dama Ram Garg, born on June 1, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Psychology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Administrator, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Special Collector, Project Administrator, Joint Collector, Project Director, and Sub Collector. His most recent position was Commissioner in the General Administration Department from November 11, 2010, to May 31, 2011.
