Dalwinderjit Singh, born on 12 December 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds degrees in B.Tech and B.E Chemical. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Amritsar, Punjab, a position he has held since 22 October 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner and Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
