Dalip Kumar, born on August 11, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Tech. in Mathematics from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the CEO at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, in the Zilla Panchayat department since September 15, 2025. Prior to this, he has held the position of CEO. Dalip Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
