Dalip K R Ghosal, born on April 19, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 batch, West Bengal cadre. A graduate by education, he served in the Finance Department. His most recent position was Managing Director from July 1, 1996, to April 30, 2001. Prior to this, he held the role of Additional District Magistrate. Throughout his career, he contributed to various administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
