D. Varma, born on February 2, 1967, is a male Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. Currently serving in the Government of NCT of Delhi, he holds the positions of Member of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) and Executive Director of the Delhi Finance Corporation (DFC) since October 17, 2024. He continues to serve actively in the Indian Administrative Service.
