D. Varma, born on February 2, 1967, is a male Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. Currently serving under the Government of NCT of Delhi, he holds the positions of Member at the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) and Executive Director at the Delhi Finance Corporation (DFC) since October 17, 2024. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
