D V Upadhye, born on 17 October 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1976 batch of the Maharashtra cadre. He held various positions including Controller, Additional Collector, Deputy Director, Deputy Collector, Junior Scale, Project Officer, and Sub-Divisional Officer. Upadhye served as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Maharashtra. His educational qualifications include a Diploma in Public Administration, a Graduate degree in Chemistry, and a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Maharashtra government before retiring from service.
