D Singh Multani, born on 15 October 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Mathematics and Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Assistant Commissioner, Project Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Director, and Joint Director. His most recent position was Joint Director in the Rural Development Department from 1 July 1992 to 1 October 1993.
