D Sabitha, born on 15 October 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Tamil Nadu cadre. She held the position of Secretary in the School Education Department from 24 January 2012 to 31 October 2019. Her educational qualifications include an M.Phil. in Commerce, postgraduate and graduate degrees in Commerce. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities such as Chairman and Managing Director, Inspector General, Chief Operations Officer, Managing Director, Executive Director, Deputy Secretary Equivalent, District Collector, Director, Additional Collector, Special Officer, Under Secretary, and Sub Collector.
