D Ronald Rose, born on 24 June 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Com. degree from Madras University. Currently serving as Secretary to Government in the Finance Department since 11 November 2024, he has held various positions including District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Additional CEO, Project Officer, Assistant Collector, and Sub Collector. Proficient in English and Tamil, D Ronald Rose continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Andhra Pradesh.
