Secretary, Agriculture and Cooperation Department
D Ravi, born on 21 October 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Kerala cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Zoology. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Director, Managing Director, District Collector, Commissioner, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department from 1 July 1996 to 2 May 1997.
