D Randeep, born on July 3, 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 batch, Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.E. from Bangalore University and an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as Secretary of the Scheduled Tribes Welfare Department, Karnataka, a position he has held since June 3, 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Commissioner, Secretary to Government, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Commissioner. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil. D Randeep continues to serve in the IAS.
