D R S C Mishra, born on 28 October 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he has served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate from March to October 2000. His career encompasses roles such as Additional Secretary, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Collector, and Deputy Director. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. Throughout his service, Mishra contributed to administrative functions within the Bihar cadre before retiring from the IAS.
