Dr. D R Psa Sundaram, born on 27 July 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1966 Maharashtra cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Management. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Deputy Secretary, Municipal Commissioner, CEO, Director, Consultant, and multiple terms as Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions department of Maharashtra.
