D R B S Mishra, born on July 12, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Bihar cadre. Throughout his career in the Rural Development department, he held various positions including Under Secretary, Deputy Director, Joint Director, Director, and Deputy Development Commissioner. He served as Deputy Development Commissioner from June 1, 1992, to July 1, 1995. His extensive experience in administrative roles reflects his long-standing commitment to public service within the Indian Administrative Service.
