D Prasanth Kumar Reddy, born on 17 August 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. from JNTU Hyderabad and an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Department, Odisha, a position he has held since 22 July 2025. His previous roles include Director, Deputy Secretary, Personal Secretary to the Vice President, Executive Officer, Joint Secretary to Government, District Collector and Magistrate, Project Director, and Sub Collector. He is proficient in English and Telugu.
