D P Dwivedi, born on 19 July 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch of the AGMUT cadre. He served in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department. His most recent designation was Special Secretary, a position he held from 21 May 2015 to 29 June 2015. Throughout his career, he held the role of Special Secretary.
