D Krishna Bhaskar, born on 21 June 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a postgraduate degree in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Currently, he is the Special Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana. Previously, he served as Chairman and Managing Director of TRANSCO. He is proficient in English and Telugu.
