D Krishna Bhaskar, born on 21 June 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 Telangana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a postgraduate degree in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Currently, he serves as Special Secretary to the Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana. His previous roles include CMD of TRANSCO, Director, District Collector, and Municipal Commissioner. He has been honored with the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration in 2019 and 2020 for his work in public service delivery and grievance redressal in Telangana. He is proficient in English and Telugu.
