D K Ladva, born on May 1, 1931, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Philosophy and Economics, along with a postgraduate degree in Philosophy. Throughout his career, Ladva served in various capacities including Deputy Commissioner, Director, and Deputy Director. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary at Gujarat from January 1, 1986, to October 1, 1989, within the Department of Finance. Ladva's service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Gujarat cadre.
