He held the position of Secretary in the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Department (Animal Husbandry, Cow Breeding, Fisheries and Cooperation) in Gujarat from July 8, 2011, to March 31, 2014. His educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in History, an LL.B. in Law, and a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities such as Municipal Commissioner, Joint Chief Executive Officer, District Collector, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, and Deputy Commissioner.
