D Divya, born on 13 December 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Telangana cadre. She holds a B.E. and M.Sc. from BITS Pilani. Currently, she serves as the CEO at the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), Telangana, a position she assumed on 11 February 2026. Her previous roles include Chief Executive Officer, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, District Collector, and Project Director. She is proficient in English and Tamil and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
